In the bustling environment of Hearst Castle, managing visitor flows and ensuring safety across its expansive 3000 acres posed significant challenges. Leveraging my expertise as the lead designer, I spearheaded the development of a sophisticated real-time monitoring system to address these issues.
Our team crafted a user-friendly, RFID-based system to monitor visitor and transit movements comprehensively. Delivered within just two weeks, this project demonstrated our ability to innovate under pressure and was pivotal in securing the renewal of the California State Parks contract.
